Returns and complaints

Description of the complaint/return procedure

The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Contract at bok@lavre.pl or in writing to the Seller’s address. Correctly filed complaint, should include at least:
1. name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
2. date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint,
3. subject of the complaint, indicating the demand of the Buyer,
4. all circumstances justifying the complaint / return.
If the data or information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, before considering the complaint, the Seller requests the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope. The seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt in its correct form. The answer to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, or to the snail mail address. The warranty is 12- or 24-months for the body and shell of the faucet, and 6-months for the faucet accessories (heads, hoses, hoses, handsets, switches). The guarantee is not extended to products that are free of charge. The requirement for a complaint on the faucet head is the installation of valves with a filter.
The warranty and guarantee is valid on the territory of Poland.
After positive consideration of the complaint, the Seller shall return the equivalent of the product price together with the delivery costs incurred by the Buyer, up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the offer (+ incurred costs of delivery of the complaint to the Seller).

Returns

The buyer may return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The condition for return is to send the goods in the original, intact box together with the documents of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) and a completed statement of withdrawal (available below). The cost of the returned product shall be borne by the Buyer. The seller reserves the right to reduce the returned funds by the cost of packaging, in case it is damaged (by taping, labels, etc.).
